Employees are eligible for the following benefits the first of the month following 90
days of employment, working an average of 30 hours a week.

Radian offers confidential counseling and family guidance services through Carebridge.
Employees are eligible immediately upon hiring.
Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
Under FMLA, covered employers must provide up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected
leave to eligible employees for certain family and medical reasons. Employees are eligible if they:
- Have been employed by Radian for 12 months and worked 1,250 hours over the last 12 months of
employment.
- Work in an office or work site where 50 or more employees are employed within 75 miles of that
office or work site.
Retirement Plans
401(k) Savings Incentive Plan
- Radian matches $0.25 up to 6% of an employee's base salary.
- Employees are fully vested after six years of service.
- Employees are eligible the first of the quarter after 90 days of service.
